1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using LearnKeenly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Definitions
In these Terms: "Content" means all text, articles, reviews, guides, images, graphics, design, and other material made available on the site; "you" and "your" mean the person accessing the site; and "referral link" means an outbound link through which we may earn a commission or credit, as described in Section 7.
3. Eligibility
The site is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement. The site is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed at children.
4. Nature and purpose of the content
LearnKeenly publishes opinions, reviews, comparisons, and how-to guides about writing tools and the craft of writing, based on the personal experience and judgement of Md. Meeran. The Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Reviews reflect personal, subjective opinion at the time of writing. Your own experience with any tool, service, or technique may differ from ours, and references to specific products do not constitute an endorsement that the product is suitable for your particular needs.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, career, educational, or otherwise. The Content is not a substitute for professional judgement appropriate to your situation. You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take based on the Content, including any purchase of a third-party tool or service. Before making decisions with financial, legal, or professional consequences, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. Accuracy and timeliness
We make genuine efforts to ensure the Content is accurate and useful, and we test the tools we write about. However, we do not warrant that the Content is complete, current, or error-free. Third-party tools frequently change their features, plans, pricing, and availability, and such changes may not be reflected immediately (or at all) on the site. Any prices, plan details, or feature descriptions are indicative only; you should always verify current details directly with the relevant provider before relying on them. We reserve the right to correct, update, or remove Content at any time without notice.
7. Affiliate and referral disclosure
LearnKeenly participates in referral and affiliate arrangements. This means some outbound links, including links to Grammarly, QuillBot, and Brevo, are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and sign up for or purchase a service, we may receive a commission or account credit at no additional cost to you. We disclose these links where they appear. Our editorial opinions are independent: we write honestly about tools whether or not a referral arrangement exists, and the existence of a referral link does not guarantee a positive review. Referral income, where it occurs, helps fund the operation of the site and keep it free to read.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all Content on this site is the original work of Md. Meeran and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The "LearnKeenly" name and associated branding are ours. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may: read and share links to the site freely, and quote short passages with clear attribution and a link back to the original article.
You may not, without our prior written permission: reproduce, republish, or redistribute whole articles or substantial portions of the Content; use the Content for commercial purposes; present the Content as your own; use automated systems to scrape, copy, or harvest the Content in bulk; or use the Content to train machine-learning or AI systems. For permission requests, email support@learnkeenly.com.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, anyone else. In particular, you agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system; introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site; attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site; or use the site to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam.
10. Your communications and submissions
If you contact us — by email, through the contact form, or by submitting a topic suggestion — you are responsible for the content of your message. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or unlawful material. By sending us a suggestion, comment, or other idea, you agree that we may use it to inform our writing without any obligation to you or any expectation of compensation or confidentiality, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We are under no obligation to respond to or act on any submission.
11. Third-party links and tools
The site contains links to third-party websites, services, and tools that we do not own or control, provided for your convenience and information. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, pricing, availability, or practices of any third-party site or service, and the inclusion of a link does not imply our endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party — including any purchase, subscription, or sharing of information — are solely between you and that third party and are subject to that third party's own terms and policies. We are not a party to, and accept no liability for, those dealings.
12. Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails from LearnKeenly. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email, or by emailing us. Your subscription information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may discontinue the newsletter at any time.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the site at your own risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Md. Meeran or LearnKeenly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the site or its Content, or your reliance on any Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded as a matter of law, our total aggregate liability to you shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by that law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Md. Meeran and LearnKeenly from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Changes to the site and these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and the revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
17. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the site, in whole or in part, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — shall survive.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19. General provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the site.
